1. The official entry form must be completed and signed
by the intending competitor. Completion of which represents
the acceptance of all entry conditions.
2. All competitors are required to declare which race
they will be competing at registration, those raced
being championship or modified course.
3. Each race will offer a Club Championship course
or a negotiable modified distance course. Negotiated
distances may only be less than Club Championship distances.
Some races may have group starts.
4. All competitors are required to attend race registration,
which will commence 30 minutes before race start, and
must attend the race briefing, which will be 15 minutes
prior to race start.
5. Club membership fees are $30 for Seniors’ and $10
for Juniors’ with a maximum of $50 per family. This
membership can be paid to the Treasurer in full or by
the second race completed by an individual or team.
6. All competitors must complete a membership form
and participant’s agreement form prior to their first
race.
7. Race entry fees for all club races will be $10.
Junior members (under 18 years of age) is $5 or maximum
of $20 per family per race.
